Suzy Hoyle—Marketing Coordinator

Suzy’s marketing skills were developed in New York City after her graduation from New York University. She was instrumental in successful marketing efforts in the very competitive Music Industry of New York City. Working in the Real Estate industry for the past 6 years--Suzy brings these same talents to our team and will use her computer knowledge and experience to market your property, place your home in strategic web sites, will call or e-mail your with feedback from showing of your property and give you full reports on the marketing and advertising of your property. Suzy also prepares your marketing booklets, orders
virtual tours and free home warranty for all our clients. Suzy is also a licensed real estate agent and can assist on many other aspects of your transaction. Suzy, along with her husband and three children, resides in Wallingford where she is an active member of the community, currently holding a position on the nominating committee of the Helen Kate Furness Library, and various is the chair of various committess in the Parent organizations at Nether Providence Elementary and Strath Haven Middle School.

Chris Mikus, Realtor, ABR, ASP 

Chris has over 25 years of experience as an RN and brings her keenly developed skills of good listening, patience and empathy to all her clients. Chris, in her quiet but tenacious way, is tireless and resourceful in meeting all your needs. She is a licensed real estate agent and has been educated as a certified Short Sale Specialist through Harris Real Estate University. Chris is knowledgable in loan modifications, short sales and has successfully negotiated short sales to closing. She resides with her husband and three boys in Concord where she is a member of the Concord Township Historical Society.

Jeanne Padula, Realtor--Buyer and Seller Specialist 

The Marita Donohue Team is thrilled to have a consummate professional--Jeanne Padula--on our team. Jeanne has been providing excellence in customer service in the real estate industry to her customers for more than twenty years. A multi million dollar per year seller, Jeanne has twice been the Top Selling Agent in the Media Office and has been invited countless times to the Prudential Fox & Roach “Breakfast Of Champions” honoring her high sales productivity. With a background in loans and banking Jeanne has a wealth of knowledge, and is able to provide superior service to all of her clients. Jeanne has been a resident of Delaware County all of her life and raised her two children here as well. Jeanne now resides with her husband, Bill, in Middletown Township. She enjoys tennis and is an active member of the Idle Hour Tennis Club and the Aronimink Swim Club in the summer months.
