Pennsylvania Standard Agreement of Sale 

The Pennsylvania Standard Agreement of Sale is prepared by a buyer and their agent in order to put in an offer on a property the buyer is interested in. The Agreement of Sale is a standard form that allows flexibility for both the buyer and the seller. Any aspect of the Agreement of Sale that is not agreeable to the parties can be changed and initialed in the margin. 

Pennsylvania Standard Agreement of Sale for New Construction 

The Pennsylvania Standard Agreement of Sale for new construction is prepared by a buyer and their agent in order to put in an offer on a property the buyer is interested in having built by a builder. This Agreement of Sale for New Construction is an example of what a builder may use. This form can vary between builders.
